KeyResponsibilities
1.NewProductDesign–Delivercompetitivedesignsontime;participateindesignreviewstoensurecompletenessofdesigninput/output/verificationdata.
2.DocumentationPreparation＆Management–Timelyprepareorreviewdocumentationforquotation,FAsamplebuilding,andmassproduction;ensureaccuracyandup-to-datestatus.
3.NewCustomMaterials＆OutsourcedFGApproval–Approvenewcustom-maderawmaterialsandoutsourcedfinishedgoods;ensurecorrectmaterialsareused.
4.TechnicalSupport–ProvidesupporttoPE,ME,Sourcing/Purchasing,Quality,andCustomerService;workwithprocurementonrawmaterial＆suppliersolutions;assistPEtoensuretimelyFAsampledelivery;supportMEonproductionissues;respondtocustomertechnicalinquiriesviaCS.

Requirements
1.Education–Bachelor’sdegreeorhigherinElectrical/ElectronicEngineeringorrelateddiscipline.
2.Experience–5+yearsofdesignexperienceinmagneticcomponents(transformers,inductors),familiarwithrelevantAsian/overseasrawmaterials.
3.Language–FluentinbothwrittenandspokenEnglishandMandarin.
4.TechnicalSkills–ProficientinWindowsandMicrosoftOffice;familiaritywithAutoCADandSolidWorksisaplus.
5.PersonalAttributes–Self-starter,results-oriented.

岗位目的
负责新产品设计开发，参与设计输入/输出/验证的评审工作，为样品制作、量产及相关部门提供技术支持，确保产品设计具有竞争力并满足客户需求。

主要职责
1.新产品设计：完成具有竞争力的产品设计，按时交付设计任务；参与设计评审，确保设计输入/输出/验证数据的完整性。
2.文件准备与管理：及时准备或审核系统所需文件，用于报价、FA样品制作及量产，确保文件准确、更新及时。
3.新材料与外购成品认可：对新定制的原材料及外购成品进行认可，确保使用正确的物料。
4.技术支持：为PE、ME、采购、质量、客户服务等部门提供技术支援；与采购合作确定原材料及供应商方案；协助PE确保FA样品按时交付；支持ME解决生产问题；响应客户服务的工程技术咨询。

任职要求
1.教育背景：电气/电子工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。
2.工作经验：5年以上磁性元件（变压器、电感器）设计经验，熟悉亚洲及海外相关原材料。
3.语言能力：普通话和英语流利（书面及口语）。
4.专业技能：熟练使用Windows及Office软件；熟悉AutoCAD、SolidWorks者优先。
5.个人素质：积极主动，结果导向。
