-ProductDrawings:Createandmaintainprecise2D/3DCADdrawingsandtechnicaldocumentation(usingSolidWorks,AutoCAD,orsimilar).
-ProjectManagement:Plan,track,anduteprojecttimelines,budgets,andresources.Mitigaterisksandensureon-timedelivery.
-ProblemSolving:Identifyrootcausesofdesignorproductionissuesandimplementrobust,data-drivensolutions.
-Cross-functionalCollaboration:Workcloselywithelectricalengineers,industrialdesigners,andsupplychainteamsinbothEnglishandChineseenvironments.

RequiredQualifications
-Bachelor’sorMaster’sdegreeinMechanicalEngineeringorrelatedfield.
-3+yearsofexperienceinproductdevelopment(fulllifecyclepreferred).
-**FluentinEnglishandChinese(spoken,written,andtechnicalterminology)–mandatory.
-Provenabilitytomanageprojects(Agile,Waterfall,orhybridmethodologies).
-Strongproblem-solvingskills(e.g.,FMEA,8D,rootcauseanalysis).
-Proficiencyinmechanicalengineering(materials,tolerances,GD＆T,manufacturingprocesses).
-Expertinproductdrawings(CADsoftware:SolidWorks,Inventor,orCreo).
-Experiencedesigningproductsfor[injectionmolding/sheetmetal/casting/3Dprinting–relevant].
