【岗位职责/KeyResponsibilities】
1.工艺开发与优化：负责功率电感、通信类变压器等产品的工艺流程设计，制定作业指导书（WI）、过程失效模式与影响分析（PFMEA）及产品外观标准。导入自动化设备和新工艺，优化产线工装治具，以提高生产效率并降低生产成本。
ProcessDevelopment＆Optimization:Responsiblefortheprocessflowdesignofpowerinductors,communicationtransformers,etc.DevelopWorkInstructions(WI),PFMEA,andproductappearancestandards.Introduceautomatedequipmentandnewprocesses,optimizeproductionlinefixturestoimproveproductionefficiencyandreducecosts.
2.新产品导入（NPI）：主导新产品从样品制作到试生产再到量产的全过程管理，确保新产品顺利过渡至生产线。
NewProductIntroduction(NPI):Leadtheentireprocessofnewproductsfromsamplemaking,pilotruntomassproduction,ensuringasmoothtransitiontotheproductionline.
3.设计缺陷反馈与改善：与研发设计工程师紧密沟通，解决产品在样品阶段及量产过程中发现的设计缺陷，从工艺角度降低因设计缺陷带来的品质风险。
DesignDefectFeedback＆Improvement:CommunicatecloselywithR＆Ddesignengineerstoresolvedesigndefectsfoundduringthesamplestageandmassproduction,reducingqualityriskscausedbydesignflawsfromaprocessperspective.
4.品质管控与客诉处理：跟进生产线产品品质，协同质量保证（QA）部门处理客户投诉，分析根本原因并回复8D报告。
QualityControl＆CustomerComplaintHandling:Followuponproductqualityontheproductionline,collaboratewithQAtohandlecustomercomplaints,analyzerootcauses,andrespondwith8Dreports.
5.精益生产与效率提升：实施精益生产理念，优化生产线平衡，降低标准工时，提升整体设备效率（OEE）。
LeanProduction＆EfficiencyImprovement:Implementleanmanufacturingconcepts,optimizeproductionlinebalance,reducestandardworkinghours,andimproveOverallEquipmentEffectiveness(OEE).
6.技术支持与培训：培训下属及产线员工的工作技能，达成公司年度绩效目标；为外发工厂提供技术支持，确保外协出货目标的达成。
TechnicalSupport＆Training:Trainsubordinatesandlineoperatorstoachieveannualperformancegoals;providetechnicalsupporttosubcontractorstoensureoutsourcingshipmenttargetsaremet.
7.客户稽核支持：准备客户评鉴、稽核、审查的相关文件资料，陪同客户稽核，确保顺利通过审查。

【任职要求/Qualifications】
1.教育背景：大专及以上学历，电子、机械、自动化或相关专业。
Education:Collegedegreeorabove,majorinElectronics,Mechanical,Automation,orrelatedfields.
2.工作经验：5年以上电子制造业工作经验，其中至少3年以上变压器、电感器行业工艺工程（PE）经验。熟悉通信类变压器及功率电感产品的工艺流程。
Experience:Minimum5yearsofworkingexperienceinelectronicsmanufacturing,withatleast3yearsofProcessEngineering(PE)experienceinthetransformer/inductorindustry.Familiarwiththeprocessflowofcommunicationtransformersandpowerinductors.*
3.专业技能：
熟悉PFMEA、WI、8D等质量工具的应用。
具备自动化设备导入和工装治具优化经验。
熟悉精益生产工具，有标准工时测算经验者优先。

4.语言能力：具备良好的英语读写能力，能处理英文技术资料及邮件沟通（有外资企业工作经验者优先）。
