I.JobResponsibilities
1.HRReport&DataAnalysis
-Responsibleforthecollationandanalysisofmonthly,quarterlyandannualHRreports(includingstaffing,turnoverrate,attendance,overtime,etc.);
-Coordinatewithvariousdepartmentstocollectdata,ensuringdataaccuracyandtimeliness.
2.Recruitment&Staffing
-Managetherecruitmentprocessforallpositions;
-Maintainjobapplications,candidatestatusandonboardinginformationinWorkdaysystem;
-AssistinannualHeadcount(HC)planningandmonthlyHCbudgetmonitoring.
3.Policy,Process&Compliance
-ReviewandHR-relatedpoliciesinZhuhai;
-BeresponsibleforRBASAQsystemfillingandHRinternalaudit;
-Manageemployeedisciplinaryrecords.
4.Training&TalentDevelopment
-Abletoindependentlydeveloptrainingcourses,designtrainingplansandimplementthem;
-Beresponsiblefortheplanning,promotionandimplementationoftalentdevelopmentprojectstosupporttheconstructionoftalentechelons.
5.AnnualProjects&Activities
-Annualphysicalexamination:contractsigning,suppliercoordination,on-sitemanagement,expensereimbursementandallocation;
-ContinuousImprovement(CI)project:assistHRMincompletingtheannualHRCIproject;
-CollateGMMeetingreportsandfilemonthlymeetingminutes;
6.EmployeeRelations&TradeUnionAffairs
-Handleemployeecomplaintsandsuddenpersonneldisputes;
-Managethetradeunioncommitteesystem,includingelection,documentation,materialsandexpensereimbursement;
-Organizeonlineandofflineemployeeactivities,holidaycelebrations,andberesponsibleforgiftprocurementanddistribution.
7.CanteenManagement
-Signannualcanteencontracts,conductmaterialinventory,andmanagemealfeestatisticsandpaymentprocesses;
-Organizemonthlycanteensatisfactionsurveys,andconducthygieneandsafetyinspectionsjointlywithIEHS;
8.CompleteotherdailytasksassignedbyHRM.
II.JobRequirements
-Bachelor‘sdegreeorabove,majorinHumanResourceManagement,BusinessAdministrationorrelatedfieldsispreferred;
-Morethan5yearsofHRworkexperience,withatleast2yearsofsupervisororequivalentmanagementexperience;
-FamiliarwithLaborLaw,tradeunionregulationsandlocalHRpoliciesinZhuhai;
-ProficientinWorkdaysystem,ExcelandPowerPoint;
-Gooddataanalysisability,communicationandcoordinationability,andpressureresistance,projectmanagementexperienceispreferred;
-FluentinEnglishlistening,speaking,readingandwriting,abletohandleEnglishsystemsandreportsindependently;
-Workexperienceinmanufacturingindustryorforeign-fundedenterprisesispreferred;
-Detail-oriented,strongsenseofresponsibility,andabilitytohandlemultipletasksefficiently.
